Privacy

IQConvert is a static web app. The statements below describe this version, not a general promise about every future feature.

Where the work happens

Choosing a file reads it with JavaScript in your browser tab. PDF pages are copied with pdf-lib. Images are decoded and encoded by the browser’s canvas. ZIP files are built with JSZip. Those libraries are part of the app bundle. The file bytes, names, and previews are kept in the tab’s memory until you reset, refresh, or leave.

What is not sent

Opening, reordering, converting, or downloading a file does not upload the file, its name, or its contents to AtiqSoft or to any other server. There is no account, no payment, and no file storage. This build does not include an analytics tracker.

What does use the network

Loading IQConvert itself downloads the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and font files from the site that hosts it. A monitor can request /health, which is a static “ok” response and accepts no files. Your browser, extensions, and network can still see that you visited the site. IQConvert does not add the file to those requests.

Downloads and reset

A result stays in the tab until you press Download, start over, or close the tab. Download uses the browser’s normal save dialog. Start over discards the in-memory files. Closing the tab discards them too.
